ON-SITE Fingerprinting

All fingerprint cards & applications will be provided during service. Fees listed below apply for services completed on-site at 2120 94TH Glen, Phoenix, Arizona 85037.

Per Fingerprint card

$40

  • Extra fingerprint card - $30/each

Money Order Fee (IVP/NON-IVP APPLICANTS ONLY)

$10 fee

If you are unable to obtain a money order necessary for state IVP/NON-IVP application by the time of service...

  • AFS can arrange the payment for an additional $10.00 fee

Mobile Fingerprinting

All fingerprint cards & applications will be provided during service. Fees listed below apply within a mile radius from 91st Ave & Thomas Road. Then for every 5 mile increment outside radius, an additional $10 fee per person will apply.

Per Fingerprint card

  • Additional fees will apply for groups over 30 mile radius from 91st Ave & Thomas Road
  • Extra fingerprint card - $40/each

Fingerprinting Certification Training

All materials are provided during training. NOTE: Full payment required to enroll or book a private class. Once payment is received, class will be confirmed and a receipt will be generated to email address listed. PRIVATE FINGERPRINTING CERTIFICATION TRAINING AVAILABLE: Additional travel fees may apply for private training sessions at requested location

Fingerprint certification class

$730/person

Option: Fingerprinting kit (available for purchase)

Refresher course

$366/person

  • Must attend Fingerprint Certification class first

NOTE

  • Full amount will apply for every “no show” mobile service client/applicant(s)
  • Additional $55.00 will be added to the total amount for any returned check, insufficient funds, etc. 
  • AFS will be no longer accepting personal check starting November 1, 2013
  • Another $55.00 will also be added to the total amount for any late payment after 10 days from the due date of the invoice
  • Failure to do so will be reported to the credit bureau & will be prosecuted by the court of law
  • AFS and AVNS also reserves the right to refuse services for any reason
